My peaks come and go and it aint up to me when. It’s like a carousel to me. Every horse is a song idea just like everyday life when someone says somethin’ that catches your ear and it sticks with ya. But every now and again that golden horse comes around and fills your head and puts you so in the zone you cant write em fast enough and you churn out 4 or 5 songs a night for 2 or 3 days and then …. nothin but a blank sheet for 3 more months until the next golden horse comes around.
Songwritin’ is a gift … the golden horse is a blessin’.
